Does anyone have any experience with a good wood refinisher that will come to the house and give an estimate for refinishing color on a door?

You might consider popping the doors off their hinges and taking them to one of the teak furniture stores in Baantawai and have then sand and stain... You are likely to get more takers to do the work and the mess will be at their shop and not in your house...

If real teak(?) then just oil the wood - shame to stain and hide the true colour.
