camerata Posted August 9, 2006 Share Posted August 9, 2006 I couldn't help noticing that Counter 6 (for holders of Permanent Residence) on the ground floor at Suan Phlu is the only one without a metal and glass partition at head height. This means either that they trust residents not to go berserk or that they know the residents know that they know where to find them if they do.
