If you are talking about "residency" the PR item pinned at top of forum provides a good primer. Citizenship (nationality) is not likely to happen without this and probably not very likely even with it for most people. Having a Thai wife does not provide any shortcuts to citizenship for most people if that is what your question is about.

Nor for that matter does a Thai wife provide a shortcut to PR.My lawyer tells me at least 60 farang applicants with Thai wives were rejected for PR this year.
