Officially opened by H.E. Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia on December 16th, 2014, the new Philippine Honorary Consulate is the first ASEAN consulate in the northern city of Chiangmai with consular jurisdiction over the upper northern Thailand provinces of Chiangmai, Chiangrai, Lampang, Lamphun, Mae Hong Son, Nan, Phayao, Phrae and Uttaradit. The consulate is lead by Mr. Agkarajit Phanomvan na Ayudhya as the Honorary Consul. It is located almost next door to San Phranet Sub-district Municipality and is initially opens on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Tel: (053) 351 278

PHILIPPINE Consulate in Chiang Mai ceased operations on October 31st, 2018. All consular services are to be referred to the PHILIPPINE Embassy in Bangkok.
