Retirement Visa questions...

Recommended Posts

Thanks guys....so potentially if I went on visits out of country every couple of months I would never have to report???.......just wait till my retirement visa runs out and apply again........

Indeed - but you would then need to consider whether or not the hassle of reporting your address to Immigration every 90 days would be outweighed by the inconvenience (and danger) of a headlong dash to and from the nearest border to Bangkok every 90 days in a manically-driven minivan.

Could some one please tell me what I will need to go to Vientianne, Laos for an "O", Retirement Visa

To apply for a single entry non-o visa for being 50 or over you will need your passport and a bank book showing 800k baht or a an income letter showing an income of 65k baht or both showing a total of 800k baht.
