They operate in big Gangs Some of them rent houses and learn be layouts of the houses cut lets extra check layout of security Also noticed that some house get continuously robbed Mainly because of the owners rental does really care and they know the house very well They travel round the island looking for week houses then sometimes target more than one house in one night This confuses the police as do not have the resources to chase them from house to house Then you have the druggies who just need a quick fix these ones can be random Some might wake up and not even remember what they did
