Happy New Year.

Just recently every time I try to reply I get the above message.

In the past I discovered that emoticons seemed to bring this response, I removed them and

then my post was accepted.

But recently there are no emoticons in the message thread.

Am I doing something wrong? Appreciate your advice please.

The error you get is related to attaching a file to a post, so question: Are you trying to upload something via "Attach Files" ?

Make sure your attachments, or your images when using the 'Image' function, have extensions like .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif etc and not a URL?
