I live in Chiangmai where there is a supposedly official/sanctioned Applecare shop. However over the years I have lost confidence in their competence, and most certainly their service, speed, courtesy and English are all abysmal. But I do go to Bangkok reasonably often and I was wondering if anyone could refer or recommend an Applecare shop there. (Wasn't sure if this or the Bangkok forum was the right place for this query but I'm trying here to start with). Many thanks.

If under warranty call Apple first... to get a work order number.... that will show up on any official repair centre computer...

It could be a week or two wait for repair to be done...
