i am considering going back to school to learn something like international business or design or something, in English cause i can't speak thai.. wondering if thailand would have cheaper tuition than western counties or is the same ?

It's cheaper than in NZ but you pay for what you get (Other countries may be cheaper/more expensive than NZ universities though, depending on your level of government subsidies etc).

e.g. When I studied at the University of Auckland in NZ, I think I paid the equivalent of 100,000-120,000 THB per year, maybe a little more now I'm not sure. In Thailand, to study at Chulalongkorn University, I think you'd be looking at a similar amount. Both universities are considered quite good (UoA is ranked a bit higher, but not significantly so).

However, some of the lower ranked universities in Thailand, are likely significantly cheaper, but their international rankings are also very low compared to western universities.
