The posted video clearly shows unwanted attention and unwanted physical contact. I am not sure how you can possibly defend the male in this interaction. Harassment and assault are clearly defined terms and this behavior falls firmly within those bounds. This is a legal context not your 'assumption or interpretation' - there was unwanted physical contact - this is both Harassment and an Assault - If you have watched the video you will see there is no deviation from that. The guy followed the woman into the elevator, followed her out of the elevator, followed her back into the elevator, cornered her in the elevated, touched her in the elevator, she tried to squirm out of the way, the guy cornered her in another corner of the elevator... .... Is this something you think you could accidentally do ???? Yes we do, there a video ! The assault was of a sexual nature, its Sexual Assault - you may have been of the assumption that a 'specific area' of the body need to be 'groped' for an assault to be deemed sexual, but this is not the case.
