February 15, 201511 yr Reason for selling? Name of the building? How much annual charges? Are the condo accounts audited? Is the building management / JP effectively supervised and directed by an elected co owners committee? Is the sinking fund intact? Just the odd question that springs to mind. If all answers are positive I might swap a similar 5* superbly managed studio in Chiang Mai if you fancy a move north?
