Don't know what to think about todays game. I really want Fulham to stay up, i want Norwich to be relegated, i'd prefer liverpool to win the title and i don't want to qualify for the Europa.

A Fulham win it is despite whatever ridiculous selection Tim makes. If he's prepared to play a no10 in holding midfield who knows, perhaps he'll surpass himself, play Lloris up top with Adebayor and stick Baldini in goal!

Might just work carmine.

BBC reports today that Sherwould still doesn't know his best team.

I'd play Eriksson as a 10 and I wouldn't care if he ever tracked back.wink.png

Going on adeboys last penalty , yeah for sure , you'd make erikson frst choice, but it's a difficult one to take away from your striker if he's wanting to take them after all he's 100 % judged on his goal return , ad as for not tracking bac,, thats a luxury we cant afford and actually, ericksons general play was quite and that penalty!!!!!!, but he's a game changer, with assists ect ect

Hey Rijit. I'm not talking about penalties, but rather Eriksson in the hole.

So whats up lads? an entertaining few games and nothing to say ?

Yeah, i think Eriksen is our new superstar in the making.

Who ever is managing the team next season should play him in the no10

role and build the team around him.

mate he makes game changing moments.but to build a team around him,,, he needs to impose himself more in open play. his all round game needs to improve but yeah the champange moments are wonderful.

mate he makes game changing moments and in that position he gets on the end of things, like paulhino did earlier in the season.but its mainly from set pieces .but to build a team around him,,, he needs to impose himself much much more in open play. his all round game ie needs to improve but yeah the champange moments are just wonderful.

Well if he was played in the right position he would have the freedom to impose himself more.

Unfortunately TS has been playing him out on the left and giving him defensive duties, where as if he was played behind the striker, it would benefit his game.

Just like the VDV role under Redknapp.

Any problems, just call Mourinho.

Sherwood is lightweight.

I would call Mourinho many things, but the rules on this forum won't allow it.

Anyway, you keep bigging him up, he needs your support right now, especially

after yesterday's result! cheesy.gif

Nah in 2 days game every player has defensive duties, a few goals and set pieces success's won't ever, with any manager ever nullify those and when a manager builds a team a round a player, it sort of has to be almost forced onto him, Bale comes to mind, Hoddle's another, the strength of a players performance almost dictate's it 2 the manager. True Ericksons shown some promise, but they are mainly from set pieces, and yep he's got a cool head in scoring positions but his passing, movement and positional play defo needs to step up to get

2 the stage of a manager builds a team around him,and indeed to step into rafa's boots, whose subtle touch's and movement v much helped dictate play, but saying that maybe next season, he will step up again, let's live in hope

Sorry for the late reply. I don't necessarily agree with you rij, there are goalscorers and dead ball specialists. I can think of quite a few teams where the (supposed) primary goal scorer is not the penalty taker, Baines, Gerrard, spring to mind for example. They don't fart around with little shimmies before rolling it to the keeper, they are usually no nonsense affairs. Soldado takes a sweet penalty with no messing. I think Erikson would be in the no nonsense category, hard into the top corner R or L.
