I can't seem to find their e-mail on the website. Does anyone know if it is possible to contact them via email? Also, has anyone ever flown with this airline? are they reliable/timely? I would appreciate any feedback- thank you.

Their site leaves a lot to be desired. I would go to their site and click "nok care" in the upper right hand corner and then select "nok voice" from the drop down. I ultimately got a response but I can't remember how prompt

Thank you. I'm just trying to book a flight in November & the website only allows bookings through October!

Anyway if you do not have a thai card, you will not be able to pay them because they do not accept cards issued by foreign banks (at least for the time being)

There's absolutely nothing you can do about that. Nok Air only allows reservations at a maximum of about 2 months in advance. You either have to wait until next month to reserve your seat or choose another airline, such as Thai Airways which is naturally more expensive, which allows bookings up to about a year in advance. Also as stated you cannot use a foreign credit card to book online. You can however book via phone with a foreign credit card but will be charged a small fee for using the phone booking rather than online booking.

With regards to being ontime, they've been pretty good for me. No exceptionally long delays. Quite a different story for their major competitor - Air Asia. My expererience and just about everyone else's experience that I've heard is that Air Asia is almost always late, with delays of several hours being extremely comonplace. Their first flight of the day is reportedly typically on-time but later flights are seldom on-time.

The last time I tried to pay online was I think in January or February of this year. As I remember, it let me go through the entire process of entering my credit card details before informing me that they were only accepting Thai issued credit cards due to security reasons but that they would soon be offering online booking via foreign credit cards. Maybe they've since updated to accept foreign cards. As of 5 minutes ago, their website only allows you to select a date through October, 2006. This was the same when I tried to book earlier this year for a flight 4 months out. I then went to a travel agent that accepted payments for Nok Air and they told me that they couldn't book the ticket either because the Nok Air reservation system didn't accept reservations beyond 2 or 3 months out. A quick check at the Nok Air ticket counter at Chiang Mai airport also got the same response. Just wondering how you booked a flight for February when their website doesn't allow this date. Did you reserve it online or by phone or direct with Nok Air? Are you sure it was with Nok Air and not Thai Air Asia or one of the other domestic airlines?

lol...Definitely Nok...Cant miss the birdbeak nose on the plane and awful colors. Sorry, but my phrasing was misleading. What I meant to say was that I booked online in February '06 for a flight I took in April '06. You are quite right about the 60 day advance as I tried initially to book the flight in late January but had to wait . They did accept my US credit card though

The fact you can't book for November has nothing to do with how many days in advance you book, it's just that they have yet to finalise their schedules and prices for the period after 30th October.

As for credit cards, I have never had a problem using my UK card.

It might cost 30 baht more but try ringing them and you can pay at an SCB ATM if you have a Thai bank account, provided you pay within four hours of your telephione booking.

Nok Air's new policy for booking online with an international credit card, even if you live in Thailand. Fax them a copy of the credit card and your passport and then call them to book the flight.

So again, leave the comfort of your home and computer, go down to wherever to make copies of your credit card and passport, fax to them, run back home and call them to book the flight. Gee, what else would they like the customer to do to make their job easier. Maybe fly the plane.
