According to Flightglobal, the ATR 72-600 which crashed shortly after takeoff from Tapei Songshan Airport killing 11 passengers was less than a year old.

Initial reports suggest the driver of the yellow taxi shown in the video suffered serious injuries when the aircraft wing struck the vehicle shortly before crashing into the river.

So does that mean the initial report was wrong?

Was the guy in the video the driver or a passenger?
