Running for bus to Nongkhai

Featured Replies

Ref the 825 evening bus which leaves the SVB Bus Station at 2100 hrs for NongKhai.

Can anyone advise what is the latest time I can buy tickets for travel that evening either

(a) At the bus desk near Door 8 in SVB (other side of the Pattaya desk)

and/or

(cool.png At the ticket office at the SVB Bus Station (I've not done so before but assume they can be bought here)

- always assuming there is space available. I've done the run a few times and I've yet to see it totally full.

Was thinking of coming in on the Etihad flight which arrives at 1815 so I'm reckoning I could be at the downstairs bus desk by 1945 and at the bus station by 2000/2015. However I'll make other plans if I'm going to find out the ticket staff have all gone home for the evening.

Thanks in advance for any info.

The sales counter is open every day from 5:30 am to 9pm.

You can purchase at the 2 locations as you specified. The bus picks up at both locations so there is no need to go to the bus station (transportation centre).

You can phone them on 02-134-4099.

If you have a friend passing through the airport in the meantime, he could try purchasing a ticket in advance and leaving it there for you to pick up.

If your plane arrives on time, you might get to the ticket counter in the terminal at 7:30 pm. This will be easily enough time to sort out a ticket unless they are all sold out which would be unlikely.
