Condo And Pet

Featured Replies

Looking for a nice condo that is well managed and alows small pet. Is there such a building in Pattaya or Jomthien?

I live in a condo at Nirun Condo (Soi Arunothai near Carrefour), with 3 cats and a small dog. No problems so far after 2 years.

I always wondered why you could buy a condo there for 700,000 baht, now I know why.

Roamin, I am led to believe that there are a few condos in Naklua that allow pets. I think they are located in Soi Wongamat. Some of those units are circa: 20-30 million baht. Ergo I think you can ignore that feckless attempt by Ling Kae to sound disparaging.

Well you wouldnt have a clue if you haven't lived here would you. Actually, its the nicest, friendliest and cleanest Apartment complex Ive ever come across in my 6 years here.

You must be bored, or something?
