Not sure exactly what you're saying, but Saijo Denki have wifi + app controlled AC's and word is the Daikin will be releasing theirs soon.

People have been playing with a SIRI home automation bridges for a while now. Problem is that APPLE keeps messing with the interfaces and breaks it on every update.
