There's an argument to be made that rather than bring her back to the UK, she, along with the other captured ISIS fighters in Syria, should be put on trial in the country she broke the law in.

Trump knows that without US help, the European special forces who quietly "fight" against the jihadists (that is to say, neutralize them before they return), can do little or nothing. We will therefore repatriate them and judge them. They will do everything to claim they are the victims, mislead justice and after spreading their ideas in jails, will resume the fight upon their release.

People can sign whatever they want, it simply will not legally work.

"It emerged today that Begum has called her son Jerah, in what historians have interpreted as a reference to Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah, a 7th century Islamic warlord..who massacred infidels."
[Jarrah also means 'able fighter' or 'one who wounds' in Arabic.]

Isn't it the custom that the wife goes to live with the husband's parents?

That is what normally happens, but looks like she is trying to get back to the UK, then get her husband/ family over to sponge off the state.

How can a soap dodger 'sponge'? Surely an oxymoron.

It's treason, the option to return to the UK should not even be on the table

Same goes for the other daisy in the news right now......

Well the bird was aiding and abetting murderers of innocent folk for not having a beard or smoking a fag and other daft stuff. She KNEW who she was aiding AND their atrocities..I don't give a flying flush about her age and shagging predicament, and am sure most Brits don't..

Which is related to my comment about legalities how?

How? Is it not treason to support and fight alongside those that fight against your own country?..

They still should be IMO, only now we don't, or won't even bring about the law when it should be used

Treason was only downgraded to life not death it was never abolished.......

Interviewed by BBC and she said she understands why they bombed the concert in Manchester.

In my mind that makes her just as guilty as the bombers.

Let her rot in her own sh-t.

So someone who understands perpetrators is just as guilty as the perpetrators.

What a load of crap.
