glbv Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 I have emailed and attempted to phone most of the agents on the top 2 pages of Google and beyond saying they will check there is no response. I have lived in BKK now for awhile and have moved a lot and have never had this issue. I don't think my requirements are too much. 20-25th Close to bits Modern amenities with a decent kitchen I've seen a condo called The Address 42 on Ekkamai that I really like and the styling of.
steven100 Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 welcome to Thailand ..... maybe if you said you wanted to buy a condo they would have got back immediately !!
siam2007 Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 do your homework and go to the places / areas you like by yourself. go to the offices of the Condos and ask about available units. In many cases they know which units are for rent, often the owners even leave the keys of the units at the offices so you can have a peek. once inside, take the elevator and stop at every floor. In many cases there will be a written sign with contact details on the door where a unit is available. that's the way to do it in Bangkok.
steven100 Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 (edited) you actually have to do some work to inspect a unit ... Edited March 19, 2015 by steven100
