i have been using a video download app,but it has become increasingly unreliable,slow,half the available video's broken and cannot download,i checked out the expat tv website,it looked good,does anyone use this and if so how have you found it,i see you have purchase a vpn router,any comments on it or info would be welcome ,Thanks.

Which particular expat TV site are you referring to, there are several?

Most don't need a VPN to work.

Thank's crossy it was one on the internet,so you don't need a vpn,have you experience of it,any good.

If you are talking about ThaiExpatTV, I use it and I have no complaints apart from the price.
