Featured Replies

Hi,

Please share your thoughts on average rent of houses in Phuket. I am specifically looking for a price is two-bedroom to 3 ideal for a family of 3. To be more precise, i may be looking for a prices in Phuket town & Kathu area. But, feel free to share your general opinions including other areas of Phuket.

Based on your own experience, how safe is living in houses compared to staying in a condo?

Note: I intend to stay at least 1 year minimum.

Thank you in advance.

10,000-100,000 baht

depends on location and Facilitates. ( air con, pool, furniture etc.)

Sorry cant be more exact as its all about what your comfortable with

Phuket town and Kathu will be cheaper than the beach areas.

I pay 12,000 Baht/month for my house in Patong/Nanai. 2 bedrooms with a/c and balcony. 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms. All on two floors, car pool under landlords house 5 meters away for two cars and motorbike. Staying in this house for 19 years now, rent never went up.
