I need to build a simple "machine" (a T-handle) for my strength exercise. The assembly instructions can be found here (the first picture should tell you enough): http://www.davedraper.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=PmWiki.T-Handle

Basically I just need a T fitting, floor flange and some pipes with threading. I checked Home Pro, and they didn't seem to have anything related to this. I (or actually my local friend) also checked some local small shops, but with no success.

Does anyone know where I should be looking for? This shouldn't be impossible.

My sister and I would love a T handle!

Hi Thanks for the reply!

I guess I wasn't clear, I don't know where to buy the "ingrediants" i.e. the pipes the handle etc.

Please let me know where I can buy these parts to assemble the t handle

idk but maybe metal conduit can be adapted to suit your needs, the ? of strength however is a factor for you alone to discover but gl ouch.

The equipment in the OP appears to be constructed from 3/4 inch metal conduit (for electrical cabling) so I suspect that an electrical supplies store would have it.

I have seen it in Homepro but I think they sell the pipe in 3m lengths which you have to cut and thread yourself. They also have the 'T' joints, but I haven't seen the floor mount there (I wasn't looking too closely, so I could be wrong).

Hardware House or Global House might be worth a look.

Also, I expect your local metalwork shop could easily make something for you.
