Hi.

Recently after reading my emails on my mobile ( Samsung Galaxy S4) via outlook.office365.com when I then go to view them on my laptop or another computer they've been moved into my "deleted" folder. This has caused me to not reply to a couple mainly because I'd forgotten I'd read them and they don't appear in my inbox anymore. They still appear in my inbox on my Galaxy.

This wasn't happening a week or so ago.

Any ideas what I've done to mess up?.

Probably a setting in your S4 app which says deleted the email from the server after downloading it. Then the email is just residing on your S4 and was put in the deleted folder on the Office server. Check for such a setting on your S4 app.

Also double check the "Connect Devices an Apps with POP" on your outlook account. There is a setting there which basically is either set to do what an App tells it to do like or to ignore the app...like if an App said delete the email since I just downloaded it.
