My 3BB internet is constantly cutting out today. It works for a few minutes then cuts out. Just wonder if anyone else is having problems with other internet providers.

Not sure if the Internet issues maybe due to the heavy rain we have had the last 2 days.

Had the same problems with 3BB in Bangrak today. Also since a few weeks 3BB is trying to sell me a new modem/router to take advantage of some upgrade. Don't know details and don't care. Give it to me for free and I'll happily accept. Maybe the outages are their way to convince me to upgrade...

Mine (3bb) kept dropping out fairly frequently starting maybe 1 month ago but I didn't call them. When I went to pay my bill on 6th I said nothing but was asked if I would like to upgrade which I declined. After that no problems at all so I would say it is marketing ploy for sure. I've been with them for close on 6 years now and have found their service damn good.

My 3BB has been fine... (as usual) in my area of Maenam ... There was major power outages in some areas on the south side of the island which may have a affected things in some areas.... ?

In the Cheong Mong area, they are supposed to be upgrading the lines and service... at some point this year.... perhaps that has started and may affect Ban Rak area?

The one good sales rep at the Chawang office who had reasonably good English has left..... he was good for getting info,.... But perhaps try calling the hot line number on the bill...

They are usually good at responding fairly quickly to resolve issues... thumbsup.gif

it's only because your line values have dropped, check them out in the modem's page. SNR should be 15 minimum in up and down .

This might be useful to know, but the poster assumes that we all speak a common language!
