Zamioculcas zamiifolia -- It comes from Zambia and East African coast and is not a palm although its common name is Zambian palm or Aroid Palm plus i have seen it called a variety of other names too in nurseries . It is actually a succulent and hence will survive in areas of low rainfall. It does has similarities to the cycads as well.
