many years ago I was taken to the big Buddha on pratumnak hill, behind the main statue there was a little shrine with a small Buddha statue, if you can lift it above you head make a wish and it will come true (it worked for me all them years ago)

Went up there today with the missus and its all gone and been replaced with a sort of wishing well type thing (minus the water) has it been moved to a different location somewhere

As you walk up to the temple theres a clearing on the right with a lot of 'Broken' Images/Amulets etc opposite on the other side of the path/road is a little hut affair with the fortune teller..............its in there

(or was last time I hoisted it aloft)

I never knew about this little Buddha so that will give me something to look forward to when I get home. After all the changes, Pattaya is still full of these little surprises.
