At the moment i don't get any connection with DTAC Prepaid in The Netherlands. In March it was no problem but since april i do not get any connection anymore. The DTAC Customer Service says it is under maintenance at the moment (how long can that take i would think). Also they say Germany is not working at the moment. Does anyone have a working prepaid at the moment outside Thailand??

I had the same issue,,, DTAC was working from February and March then April it stopped working in United Arab Emirates.

Call Centre said i need to come back to Thailand to fix.... why can't they do it on the phone...?

They're not renowned for fixing their technical issues inside the border........let alone outside!
