Yes I can't remember the dosage of the caps either, but a lot shy of 100 mg.

Boots has them in 30 mg caps, shop at the right time and get a 50% discount @ 60 caps for THB 550. I understand dosages over 30 mg may have negative side effects for some underlying conditions.

Wow! I take 200 mg twice a day because I also take a low-dose statin (pravastatin) to combat arterial inflammation (not for cholesterol level.) Where did you read about the negative side effects?

Go to puritan.com and buy it online. Even taking into account delivery costs it works out MUCH cheaper than any Thai option. I buy most of my stuff from this most reputable US company and save bucket loads of money.

Buy Ubiquinol as it is the version which is more "available" to the body once digested.
