Have a problem (again) with my True Visions service.

Have tried calling 02 725 2727 and also 02 725 2525 - One minute it says 'number not assigned' yet, next minute it's engaged.

I looked on their website and no service number is available after 22:00 hrs!!! We pay for a 24 hour service, but they do not support a 24 hour service.

I despise their service full stop.

No consolation I know but it is a Nationwide tech fault and they do not know how long it will take to fix it.

How did you come by that info Mr P?

Yep I got the phone numbers from bill called at like 10.00pm last night nothing go figure
