I am considering the purchase of a villa at Majestic residence, does anyone have an opinion on this development?

Would View Talay or Jomtiens Park Villas be a better value propostion.

Any other recommendations? Budget 11m.

I don't know anything about Majestic but would like to refer you to a post by Sattahip on 2006-9-03 that was full of good advice under thread heading "Well managed Condo".

Drove through there the other day, drains making there own way under the walls, tumbleweeds in the road and not one person working on the 50 or so semi completed houses, something not quite right somewhere, been like that for months, now they gonna build a 91 storey tower........

give 3 for it, that's about the right market value, don't care what you paid

and to the OP, where ever you buy check they are not building a motorway at the bottom of the garden, seems a few are sites are in the shit, no wonder that land was so cheap

My recommendation is to stay well away from the "umbrella" of Ocean 1 Tower......this includes all of the properties mentioned in your posting. Move further down the shore.
