There is a beta launch of a new online top up service for prepaid users here, that should be useful for many of the people here - if you're on prepaid.

From the promo email:

  • Automatic reoccurring monthly billing
  • Top up amounts are 50 - 800 Baht
  • Fair Thai Baht credit card processor
  • Support for True Move, DTAC Happy and AIS 12Call PAYG

The beta is Facebook sign in only, and credit cards or local bank visa / master ATM cards are the payment method.

For the geeks, this is a Node.js build on Singapore SSD hosting, taking advantage of Cloudflare CDN, so should be quite fast.
