Panadda represents PM to lay wreath in honour of May 1992 heroes

BANGKOK: -- PM's Office Minister ML Panadda Diskul Sunday represented Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to lay wreath at the Prueksapha Prachatham Memorial in memory of those killed in their demonstrations for democracy on May 17 1992.

The rite memorial rite was attended by representatives from the National Legislative Assembly, the National Reform Council and political parties.

Considering Prayut effectively destroyed democracy through an illegal coup I'm guess the laying of a wreath would be a kick in the teeth for the dead who attempted to uphold democracy.
