True Internet customer service phone number?

Is there another number for the true internet customer service other than 1686? Trying to call them from over seas.

I just checked my TRUE ONLINE bill and the only landline number other than the 1686 CS number is in red just below the "Amount Due" box so it may be only for billing issues: 02 900 9000 (0800-2300 Thai Time)

Give it a try as they may be able to transfer you to the line you need.
