Pattaya’s Tourist Police Division received an arrest warrant from the Pattaya Provincial Court regarding an English National; Mr. Martin Ward aged 40 from London who was accused of committing obscene acts with a girl under the age of 15.

The specifics of the case accused him of having sexual intercourse with a girl of just 12 years of age in exchange for a payment of 2,000 Baht. Mr. Ward was previously arrested for drugs offences back in September 2005 where he was caught with Marijuana and Cialis tablets which he intended to export to customers in America and Australia.

This case is still pending. Mr. Ward was arrested by Tourist Police on Thursday Night at the Tepprasit Condominium Block in Jomtien and was taken to the Tourist Police Station and then transported on to the Dongtan Police Sub-Station in Jomtien where he will now face charges of conducting obscene acts with a minor along with the outstanding charges relating to last years drugs bust.
