Health check - older male

Hi, any suggestions/recommendations for clinics/hospitals to have a basic health check for a 50+male? Had one done at Sriphat couple of years ago, think I had the full package so ended up costing nearly 5k. This time I'll be more selective about which tests I need (blood sugar, cholestrol, PSA), so am wondering if there's anywhere else that's cheaper than this? Thanks

Please please don't worry about expense or try to cut corners go for the full works, most hospitals charge about the same quality is more important,Rajavej hospital is great 5-6 k money well spent.

If it was actual medical treatment, then I wouldn't cut corners, but this is just a basic health check. These tests (blood sugar, cholestrol, psa) are quite standard, so that's why I'm looking around

Look at labs instead of hospitals. I'm sure someone more sober can elaborate.

You would really be surprised on what can happen to your body in a year if you want just specific test any hospital will perform them, as a rough guide was charged 3600 for a set of blood tests at lanna hospital.

McCormick Hospital is a great place to go for an overall health check. The price is reasonable, and several options are offered. They will have you in and out in half a day, and will give you the booklet with all of the results same day. Great staff there.

That looks interesting, think I've been past that hospital dozens of times. If anybody has any personal experience there would love to hear.

Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai is running a promotion now thru August 31, according to their Facebook page. Physical exam, glucose, CBC, creatinine (plus GFR), cholesterol, HDL, LHL, chest x-ray and medical record for 1000 baht. No exactly a complete physical, but a good "progress report", esp. for someone trying to watch their blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

I've heard good reports lately from people who have had more comprehensive health exams at Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai vs. previous health exams they'd had at CM Ram or Sripat. They said the whole experience at Bangkok Hospital was much more pleasant and the staff more thorough in their examinations and follow-up time spent in explaining the results.

Sorry, where is Dr Morgan's clinic? which hospital are these drs at?
