I am on Retirement visa own condo in BKK but now i live in Chiang mai

I would like to lease my BKK condo and make extra cash

Will i have problem with immigration and visa?

No you can lease it out. Technically you owe 12.5 percent of the assessed rental value to the land department. You would need to go to the land department within February of each year to pay for your property tax if you use the unit commercially, i.e. You are leading it out. I don't know if anyone who does it but it's the law
