Cisco Router and Voip Phone Importation Question?

Anybody had experience of importing a Cisco router to Thailand, the Customs tariffs suggest an import licence may be required (from the NBTC)

It's a 1800 series router, pre-configured to connect to my foreign companies network.

There is also a Cisco VoIP phone in the shipment.

I'm not too worried about the NBTC as I have dealt with them quite often - It is just a hassle I'd rather avoid this time.
