Gardener required needs to reach high!

We have a gardening firm who we have used for a few years, called Chicken Garden?? we have a high bougainvillea that they simply cant reach the top of, despite each time saying 'we have ladders, bring next time' anyway 3 times later and an argument with the wife I now want a different firm, just need to find them!!

If you have a home it might be more cost effective to buy a ladder for use. Finding people good at what they do is a lot harder than finding a storage place for a ladder I suspect. Should not cost that much (probably less than a change) and will have for other chores (or is that a negative)? Also great to have to loan to neighbors when they may need. I can't imagine having a home without a selection of ladders.

In the local wood shops around Thepprasit a 4 m long bamboo ladder, the sort that gardeners use, costs 380 Baht. Best just to go and buy one, they're always handy to have.
