Search For 2 Bedroom House Pattaya/jomtien

Hello,

We are looking for a customer of us for a 2 bedroom house in the pattaya/Jomtien area or Ban Amphur.

Our customer desires a garden or terrace, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, satellite or cable tv and a telephone line, around 100m2 living area.

If possible a communal or private swimmingpool if its not close to the beach.

The contract will be for 6 months from november 2006 till april 2007 and the maximum price they will pay is 25000 baht/month

Our client also could be satisfied with a 2 bedroom appartement with terrace and seaview.
