Gentlemen...I have gotten to the point in my life were I think i might be looking to have this proecedure done in Bangkok.I have been doing the pills for the last 15 years but now they have started to fail me..Im located in the Philippines and im leaning towards Bangkok or maybe Pattaya to have this procedure done...I was stationed at Don Muaung AFB back in the late 60's and have been back for a visit a few years back to Bangkok..My question is can anyone give me any recommendations on where to have this procedure done and if anyone has had this procedure done what has been your experience like and possible cost...I have been looking at Bumrungrad Hospital but im open for suggestions .....Life sure was differant there when I was a young buck back there in the late 60's....Any info would be greatly appreciated..................... I have had a testosterone test here in the Philippines and that was fine..I also had a PSA,urinalsis and ultrasound done also without any problems.No CBC done..Its been awhile since i have had a morning erection.Im just preparing for the worst and educating myself about the implant.If i do decide to have this procedure done I would prefer to have this procedure done in Thailand since its only a 3 hour plane ride from here in the Philippines.Paying for quality is not an issue..Like i stated im just looking to hear from others that may have had this done and also any recommendations where they had it done...

Did you have E2 tested?

High Estrogen in men can cause ED issues, even though the Testosterone level is 'normal'.

Have you thought about using Caverject instead. Although I've never tried it, I have spoken with a number of men, & they find it ok to do.

But, saying all this, I think you should exhaust all physiological components first.

I know about the Caverject injection but i would never consider that..I want to thank you for all your input and will consider other alternatives....I also watched that amazing movie that another poster just posted...Understandably the movie was graphic and im sure some people would for sure have second thoughts about having that procedure done..hahaha..Im meeting with a guy tomorrow that had the procedure done about 6 years ago back here in the philippines...He said he had discomfort for about 5 days after the procedure.He also said no sex for 4 weeks after.BUT he said he would gladly do it again..He said he is able to acheive orgasm with all the same feelings he had in the past...I will not make any quick decisions thats for sure..At least i have no libido problem being 67 years old.
