Judo In Chiang Mai?

Featured Replies

The question is simple: Where do I find a Judo Dojo In Chiang mai?

Please note:

This is NOT a discussion about Muiy Thai, what martial art is "superiori" or "why would I bother?", so please spare me the "off topic" crap, and contribute NOTHING, if you don't know where to find a proper Dojo.

Not being rude, but man, these topics can veer off into some crazy, disjointed and ugly places.

Thank you in advance, if you have ACTUAL information for me, and sorry if I sound jaded.

You can contact me, there's judo at Chiang Mai University. The are classes at the gym, but I'm not sure what the situation is at the moment because I have been sick. If you have a Facebook account join "Chiang Mai Judo" and you can see some of our activities, such as visits to Bangkok, Laos and Khon Kaen.

Here's the tangent - and I've got to ask smile.png

How does it work? Is the air-con full up, or is there a special gi that just has the bits needed for the holds, with cable suspenders holding the whole thing together laugh.png

I'm about to give an old gi to Oxfam - it weighs a ton dry, and it absolutely the last thing I'd want to be wearing while wrestling in a heat wave.
