Hi all.

I want to do some Android app development using Android Studio on my iMac. I have a brand new iMac 27 inch with 32 GB of RAM so hardware isn't the problem.

I d/l all the Studio s/w and installed it. The install itself was very slow. When I opened the app, it was taking nearly 20 minutes to fully open.

Does anyone else use Android Studio on a Mac and, if so, are you having the same problem or did you have the problem and find a solution?
