Ready made units available from Global House, mostly Wellington and Windsor brands. For custom made, almost any window shop will custom make them, where are you located? If anywhere near Mae Rim there's two places on the high street that do this.

Try Windsor they have excellent products and professional installers

Windsor are about the best as far as I can tell - we have some installed in our house are are pleased with them so far. Wellington looks like it's just branded for Global House but the demo units seemed to show a lot of wear which didn't inspire confidence but they're a lot cheaper. Windsor will bargain if your order is significant.

Finding a roadside supplier of pvc windows is not as easy as you think. for aluminium, yes they are every where you turn and thats what they are good at.

I concur that Global stocks Windsor and Wellington; these are their best two but not the only two. They also supply from a company called Rakangthong Plastic and also King Khong.

These two are stocked on shelves but unless you want all your windows the same size then forget it; literally you may find two sizes that you need but thats it. they are great for building condos/dormitories where every window is the same. but they are cheap and pretty good quality and on a par price wise with aluminium and worth a look to check their sizes.

For example rakang plastic sliding patio 2.0m wide 2.05 high is 7725bt in white or 7695bt in brown.

Globals truststand EZY from Aus(very good quality) in aluminium 1.8w x 2.14h is 9000bt in white
