Hi all!

Would anyone know how much and where one would be able to hire a consultant chef on Samui?

Someone with experience that would be able to watch and analyze the workings of an existent restaurant, advise on what changes need to be made to optimize food preparation, shopping/ordering and storage, advise on what changes be made to improve the organization of the kitchen, advise on improving recipes/suggestions for menu, advise on the management of staff and their tasks, etc
