is that a door with hinges or hinges with a door?

Typical Thai door but I have never seen a door with 2.5 pairs in 30 odd years in construction. 1.5 pairs is ALL that is needed whether its a bathroom door or a 2 inch thick solid fire door.

still if you buy another couple of doors you can scrounge those hinges that are not doing anything.

Nice re finishing job though; what product did they use?
