Thai girlfriend has Japanese surname so, along with her drug habit, druggy look and lack of employment, we can assume she has certainly done the rounds. She was obviously so useless she couldn't negotiate a payment for the Swiss guy before charges were laid.

I agree putting him and her in prison is a total waste of time....A work camp for five years. digging ditchs and reaming out clogged city sewers and klong clean up would be best.
