PATTAYA: -- A closed-door meeting was held involving all local Police Divisions on Tuesday Morning at Banglamung Police Station to discuss the Bangkok Bomb Blast and its potential impact on Pattaya.

Police Major General Nittipong, the Provincial Police Commander, chaired the meeting which was attended by Police from Pattaya, Banglamung, Nongprue and Chonburi Police Headquarters.

Need to do some thing Pattaya is a nice juicy target.

Wouldhave been interesting... Very littel done or put into play I sure

Need to do some thing Pattaya is a nice juicy target.

Why is it ?

Is Pattaya bigger than Bangkok now ?

Pattaya is a prime target .....not just because of the tourism.... Also.for the kudos of involving the wealthier people from Bangkok who visit here.....many of whom are owning properties here....

These insane terrorists are only interested in where and what will make the biggest news reports for their demented regimes

Sadly we must "all" expect the unexpected

after an event of this nature its quite common for all larger communities to have special meetings and to make contingency plans, It happened everywhere not just Pattaya

So why did they do it in Bangkok then

if pattaya is a prime target ?

Thanks , but its red wine tonight. ( cheers )

Please go back under the covers, it scaremonger time on TV

Only three things to be worried about in this town.

1) A bg or bb running off with all your money ( usually given in the first place )

2) Catching a nasty venereal disease.

3) Running out of money .

I feel very safe in this town. wai2.gif
