6mth Fiance Visa Isn't Mulitply Entry Correct?

A friend of the family has recently recieved a 6mth fiance visa, so my question is that once you enter the UK using this visa you can stay a maxium of 6mths however if you stay for a week or two and then return to LOS and then plan to return again to the UK am I correct in saying that the person will need to apply for another visa or will the 6mth still be valid which I really doubt.

All UK visas or other forms of entry clearances, including Fiancé(e)s' visas, are normally good for multiple entries within their period of validity.
