Are there any runners at Koh Samui?

Every Sunday (with rare exceptions) at 6 am we're running at Maenam Soi 1, and will glad to see new friends. Runners of all levels are welcome. Meeting point is Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villas & Spa parking. Distance 1 ... 2 ... 5 ... 10 km for you choice. Now is a good time to start preparing for the Run to Give 2015 (October 11 - 10...5...2,5 km) and Surat Thani Half Marathon (November 1, 10 km and 3,5 km also available)

Directions:

Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villas & Spa is located on Maenam Soi 1, turn off the Main Road near the Family Mart and signs Avanta, Green Space, Boudoir and Kirikayan. Next, about 200-300 meters down the road, after the Avanta condo you can see your goal.

There is also a group of walkers based in Lamai who regularly trek over the mountains or around the entire ring road.

Run to Give Charity Run will take place October 11

Three races - 2.5km, 5 km and 10 km. All routes starts at Chaweng lake. 2.5km U-turn at PTT Gas Station Chaweng, 5 km - at Police Station, Mod-Yim (Main road), and 10 km - at Vana Belle Hotel. Starter kit include T-Shirt, food voucher and lucky draw coupon. Finesher's medal for 100 first persons from each category (really for all participants)

Registration fee is 300 THB

First race start time is 05:40

You can register in a race day from 5:00 on site

Usually registration available in a day before race, but it's not confirmed by organizers yet

All revenue after expenses will be donated to Samui Special Need School

A contest for the best hat will be there also
