TOT or True internet in Sukhumvit? 1 year early cancellation?

I plan to stay in Bkk for 3 months at a condo and really need fixed line internet, no 3G stuff. It seems as though I'll have to get 1 year contract then cancel early?

Anyone can recommend TOT or True for Sukhumvit area? The condo agent says I can get either one 15Mbps for 599/month.

How much will I pay for deposit and early cancellation?

True usually has an offer of installing a fixed line and any deposits (if any) for free. If they don't run the promotion count on about Thb 3,500. Early cancellation is (as far as I remember) Thb 5,000. I live in Sukhumvit 81 and am satisfied with True.
